Due to Hygiene and Safety Standards

Because our products are personal care and hygiene-based items (such as shampoo bars, soaps, and skincare products), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or have their original seals broken. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Damaged or Wrong Products

We inspect all products thoroughly before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or if you received the incorrect item, we are happy to make it right.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Send an email to contact@shouwu.in with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be shipped out to you immediately.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
